Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were nice and large, albeit seemed a little outdated for the high price. However, they were lovely, clean, and came with comfy beds. The separate large walk-in closet with built-in drawers was a beautiful addition that could easily accommodate all four suitcases.
I had a love-hate experience at this hotel. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and a joy to be in, but the lack of privacy due to street views was a downside. The location was superb, allowing easy access to main attractions and shopping areas, but the confusion about rates and breakfast added some frustration. The service was overall good, with helpful staff offering referrals and good service, but encounters with rude staff members tarnished the experience. The dining experience was delicious and set a positive tone for the day, yet there were isolated challenges with the team. Despite these mixed feelings, the hotel offered a good value for the money.
The hotel is in a beautiful and spacious location, just across the street from the US Embassy. The rooms were nice, large, and equipped with all necessary amenities. However, despite requesting quiet rooms, noise could still be an issue. The service was extremely helpful and polite, resolving any issues efficiently, but there were no comments on the price or value for money. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to sightseeing points and lovely restaurants, yet offering a break from the central hustle. The dining experience was good and reasonable, although some found it overpriced.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, except for their hard foam rubber pillows that gave me a horrible night's sleep and awoke with a stiff neck. On the bright side, the rooms were also very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large suite was a nice touch.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable and very clean. The service was friendly and really helpful. The location was fantastic and quiet, making it a convenient spot to stay. The dining experience was good, with plenty of choices even for dietary restrictions. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
